This is QUALITY animation at it's finest, and a raging example of proper abuse of Engrish. Everything is as wraighte about this as insufferably probable with heaping helpings of what makes Newgrounds great again. I love the open-ended plot-like rampage and the eye-blistering all-caps font selection. Not knowing what's going on makes not paying attention to what's going on all the more satisfying as characters I'm sure have names do things that I'm also sure progress us through the almost zen narrative. If you don't go fullscreen you miss all the amazing detail that nearly litters the well thought out environment. Windows 98? Seriously?
